I want to make sure the before pictures are as well documented as the during and after pictures for work done on our house. So that is why there will be a decent number of posts outlining and showcasing what the house had and looked like prior to the work completed.

Prior to the purchase of our house “work had to be done” to make the lender give sell us a loan. Basically for this house we had to do some spring cleaning and repair a few minor items… nothing a days work couldn’t cure.

So, after nearly two months of being in escrow we finally closed on our house a week and day or two ago. The house we closed on was the ‘fixer with lots of land‘.
